(2) ATM or Visa® Business Debit Cards are available upon request. (3) ATM withdrawals at Lone Star National Bank ATMs and Allpoint Network ATMs at no charge. Fees may apply at other bank ATMs. (4) Surcharge-free ATMs. Visit allpointnetwork.com or download the Allpoint app to find an Allpoint ATM. Available through the Apple, Google or Windows store. (5) Available to LSNB Mobile™ App users. (6) Requires enrollment through Mobile Wallet App. (7) Treasury Management services such as ACH Origination, Positive Pay, Merchant Card Services, Account Reconciliation, CD-ROM Statements and Office Banker™ are available for business checking accounts. Certain fees and conditions apply. Approval may be required. (8) Account analysis is used to determine the monthly fee for a Commercial Checking Account. Account analysis is a method used to compensate commercial accounts for collected balances in the form of a monthly earnings credit. The earnings credit is used to reduce or eliminate account fees. The earnings credit is calculated based on the 90 day Treasury Bill as posted in the Wall Street Journal. Rates are subject to change at Bank’s discretion. (10) $3.00 monthly paper statement fee or eStatement at no charge. Paper statements do not include check copies or images. Free check images are provided with Internet Banking. (11) 200 items per statement cycle at no charge. Excess items are $.175 each. Items include Debits and Credits. Should your account exceed 200 items per statement cycle for three consecutive months, the bank has the discretion to convert your LSNB Business Checking account to a Commercial Checking account.
